    Description

    Hollywood Greek Roman or Alexander the Great brass armor helmet movie prop costume accessory.   Old Hollywood life size Greek armor brass helmet used as movie prop with red horse hair crest that is woven in at the base of the helmet.  Nice old Hollywood movie helmet going back to the silent movie era.  Good helmet for either a Greek or Roman.   Many early motion picture helmets were small as were the spiked leather German helmets of World War One, which no modern man can fit on their head.  This helmet was fit to a men's sized head early in the twentieth century in my opinion.  Came from the 1970 MGM sale.
